The task area

Lyuboslav Voynov* is the lead team that you will talk to when it comes to details on the tasks, working environment and career perspectives. He describes the role as follows:

This role is part of the Business Domain “Marketplace Delivery” within the global internal IT of SoftwareOne. The ERP system Microsoft Business Central and "Satellite" applications include the Procurement Portal and Product Hub.

On daily tasks:

The team “RTS Marketplace Delivery” supports applications, performs training, helps with rollouts and ensures the reliability of the systems. In this special role, you will also support our ACADCLOUD platform and thus optimize the user exerience. (Supporting this platform requires good German knowledge.) You are the interface to end users and colleagues:inside and translate their business needs into technical solutions.

• Editing global tickets and incidents
• Design, testing and rollout of new features
• User training:internal and internal customers
• Support of applications and user enablement
• Support for rollouts and conversions
• Cooperation with multifunctional teams

Knowledge and skills

To be successful in this position, you should at best fund nbsp; Bring the following:

• Detectable experience with a well-known ERP system, either as a technical expert, consultant, specialist or key user
• Understanding business processes within ERP systems
• Experience in 2nd / 3rd level IT support, as well as in system-related processes and requirements
• oral and written language skills in German (min B2) and English (min B2) are required
• Ability to communicate with colleagues and customers of all hierarchical levels worldwide
• Emotional intelligence and the ability to translate into the position of the customer
