Description Design the future of project execution with us – with technical expertise, leadership responsibility and international orientation. In this key position, you take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of a dedicated team in Sales Order Processing. They are the central contact person for our internal and external customers and ensure the successful implementation of international projects – with a view to quality, time and costs.

• Process responsibility in project execution: They structure, coordinate and monitor the entire project realization – from technical support to successful implementation.
• Sales support with wide view: You are already introducing your know-how in technical, commercial and legal issues at the offer phase.
• Proactive claim management: They analyze complaints and conduct targeted improvement measures to optimize our processes.
• Interface management: In close cooperation with sales, development, purchasing and other departments, you provide a smooth flow of information.
• Process development andamp; Digitization: They actively promote the further development of our internal tools (e.g. Power App) and contribute to the implementation.

Qualifications

• Training: completed studies in engineering, such as regulatory, process, electrical, energy technology or comparable qualification
• Experiences and know-how: multi-year leadership experience as well as expertise in project management in the plant, energy or power plant sector; experienced handling of Microsoft Office and ERP systems
• Personality and working methods: They bring a high degree of self-responsibility, are happy to work in the team and communicate clearly and targeted; Your analytical thinking, combined with entrepreneurial action and a structured way of working, enables you to efficiently and solution-orientedly manage complex tasks
• Languages: very good German and English
