Special advice from the branch, the external offices and commissioned engineering offices on all issues of drainage management (consultancy, project advice, etc.) and coordination with water and environmental authorities Standardization - Processing process sequences, templates and leaflets according to quality standards (provisions and guidelines) and their legally secure implementation Quality management – Examination and approval of planning, calculations, dimensions of drainage systems and technical contributions according to the EU Water Framework Directive Knowledge Management - Evaluation of findings from the planning, construction and operation of drainage systems as well as the development of solutions and requirements for internal control directories Stakeholder Management - Participation in specialist boards, internal exchanges of experiences, citizen information events and working bodies of the Federal and Länder

Successfully completed academic studies (Master) in the field of civil engineering, settlement water management, water engineering, hydrology, hydrogeology, geography or comparable knowledge, skills and professional experience Good knowledge of MS Office standard software Very good German knowledge in word and writing (min. C1 level CEFR/GER) and safe expression and negotiation skills Class B driving licence and readiness to travel within the branch That would be desirable: Knowledge of the planning of transport facilities (including HOAI, Handbook for the award and execution of road and bridge construction, Water Budget Act, Water Framework Line, Drainage Directives) Experiences in the planning and measurement of dewatering devices and wastewater engineering structures such as channel systems, rain retention basins, thickeners, retention floor filters and the treatment of precipitation water Knowledge of hydraulic calculation methods Knowledge of engineering services Your personal strengths include: Engaged, reliable, responsible, independent operation High resilience, determination and readiness Strategic, economic and holistic thinking and action Embossed social and communicative competence Happy work in the team
