Product Owner Salesforce / CRM (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the further development of our Salesforce landscape and brings business and IT together successfully. You define the product vision and develop a clear roadmap for products on the Salesforce platform. You translate professional requirements into User Stories and prioritize the Product Backlog according to Business Value and tune it with the stakeholders. You are a central interface between departments (e.g. sales, marketing, back office) and development teams as well as external service providers. You develop your product in close coordination with Product Ownern of the other SOLCOM internal software products. You control releases, accompany sprint cycles and ensure the quality of the results. You evaluate new features, innovations and integrations within the Salesforce platform, in particular under a cost-benefit assessment (business case). By implementing Minimal Valueable Products, you are agile to the needs of the stakeholders and get direct feedback. You make sure that our salesforce solutions deliver real added value for users: both inside and out. You moderate and support the solution architecture between different teams. You tracks bugs and incidents and supports analysis and fixation with a hands-on support mentality. You actively organize the DevOps team and run Scrum events (Sprint Planning, Daily, Review, Retrospective). You ensure the quality of the features by clearly defined acceptance criteria and make sure that tests and decreases take place. You make sure that the development meets best practices as well as security and industry standards.

Complete study of (economic) computer science, engineering or related subjects – or a comparable qualification with a pronounced technical experience Multiannual experience as Product Owner, Product Manager or Business Analyst in a B2B environment, ideally in the Salesforce environment Understanding the Salesforce platform (e.g. data model, standard functionality, customizing) Experience with agile methods (Scrum, SAFe) and backlog management as well as cooperation with technical teams and roles (Developer, Architect, Admin) Ability to prepare and prioritize complex technical requirements Strong communication and decision-making capability Analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making Understanding and Responsibility for GDPR and Data Compliance Very good German and good English skills Nice-to-Have: Salesforce certifications (e.g. admin, Product Owner/BA), experiences with Bullhorn 4 Salesforce, PDf-Butler, experience with integrations, APIs or ERP processes, knowledge of sales or marketing processes
