You develop the marketing and product strategy for your business unit and control the entire portfolio – from the first product idea to the market launch. Your focus is on hair jewellery, cultural bags and products for kids & babies Together with the purchasing and your team, you are driving forward the continuous development of the range and ensuring a targeted positioning of our LOVE BRAND in the market You have trends in mind, you set creative impulses and, as a fashion insider, brings a safe sense of what our target groups are thrilling – you know which product will be the next must-have You analyze market and performance key figures, take concrete measures and ensure the economic success of your business unit in the long term You lead and develop a motivated team in product marketing and create an environment characterised by creativity, self-responsibility and goal orientation

You have several years of experience in marketing and product development – ideally in the fashion, lifestyle or consumer goods environment – and have already successfully demonstrated your skills You bring new ideas, like to think “out of the box” and develop creative concepts that differentiate our products on the market and emotionally charge You speak German fluently and in English. The exchange with international suppliers and occasional visits on site are of course for you You understand to translate our brand identity into marketable products and to focus on the needs of our customers: You bring a strong understanding of numbers, analyze market and performance data securely and make strategically smart decisions As an experienced manager, you understand yourself as a coach, Sparringspartner:in and model.
