Total responsibility for the newly assembled department (customers + medical professions) incl. Planning, coordination and control of the tasks with the team of eight commercial customer advisers:inside, three medical professionals:inside, an individual customer advisor for hired doctors and a sales analyst Result Responsibility for the Profi t‐Center: sales controlling, success accounting, management of activities, target agreements, objectives and initiation of measures – both in non-risk-relevant and risk-bearing credit business Support in the acquisition, holistic consulting and support of customers in both segments Close cooperation with the representatives of the affiliates, credit institutions, insurance companies and internal specialist departments Early recognition of credit risk, continuous monitoring of the credit portfolio and the introduction of appropriate risk measures Market observation and trend analysis to optimize sales and product strategy Representation of the department at (service) events, network care and development as well as central communication with the department manager and the board Your profile You bring with... a completed training to the bank clerk, a completed business training (e.g. Bachelor or Business Administration), multiannual management experience in the field of commercial or medical profession financing, ideally in a savings bank or a comparable institute, understanding of the peculiarities of the respective segments of commercial customers and medical professions, experience in managing interdisciplinary teams and implementing organisational and process optimizations, pronounced communication and change competence, empathy and the ability to create a strong team feeling.
