As a project manager:in for integrated project processing (IPA), you design groundbreaking construction projects in the building industry and share the design of the IPA toolbox and future-oriented methodology. Become part of an interdisciplinary team and drive forward the further development of IPA with us. Consulting on collaborative settlement models in line with the corporate and account strategy Participation in the implementation of integrated project execution models within the framework of complex construction projects in close cooperation with customers Cooperation in an interdisciplinary team in the areas of IPA management, lean management and cost controlling Implementation of best practice approaches within IPA projects Cooperation with internal and external stakeholders as expert:in for IPA Developing IPA models and tools as well as developing innovative approaches Participation in acquisitions and customer care

Successfully completed studies in civil engineering, industrial engineering, architecture or related fields First professional experience in large projects desirable Enthusiasm and passion for collaborative project implementation models and ideally first practical experience in the IPA context Knowledge of project management and construction processes Continuing training in the field of mediation or conflict management desirable Willingness to project-related travel First knowledge in the environment of data environments (CDE) as well as collaborative tools (e.g. whiteboard, lean, etc.) Communication strength in German and English as well as pronounced analytical skills
