The SOS-Kinderdorf e.V. is a renowned aid organisation and a free, non-profit institution of child and youth assistance with 38 facilities throughout the federal territory and around 5,200 employees. The SOS Children's Village Württemberg is a youth aid association with differentiated offers for the stationary and semi-steady accommodation of children and young people and for outpatient care, promotion and advice of children and their families. Our range of services also includes two public kindergartens, a crib, a forest kindergarten, outpatient assistance for education and school-based youth assistance. For our SOS Children's Village Württemberg we are looking for a Senior Consultant (m/w/d) in permanent employment, minijob (4,5 hours/Where.) The group hours take place on two afternoons for two hours each during school hours. In addition, preparatory and post-processing as well as occasional cooperation talks are included. Your task: In our social group work you accompany children and young people to discover their strengths, build self-confidence and find constructive ways to deal with conflicts. You create a space where young people are heard, experience community and develop personally. Together with them, you strengthen social skills and help them master challenges in everyday life confidently. With your commitment you make a valuable contribution to the positive development of children and young people. We look forward to your application. Group pedagogy: You plan and design group offers for children and young people aged 6 to 14 years – for example through experience pedagogical exercises, conflict resolution talks or joint activities that strengthen team skills and self-confidence. Relationship work: You build a trusting relationship with children and young people and accompany them to discover their own strengths. Cooperation: You regularly exchange with schools, parents and the youth office to support the development of young people as much as possible. Protection measures: You observe the conscientious implementation of the protection of children and persons. Location: The social groups take place at the respective schools in the Schorndorf area, Welzheim and Rudersberg area.

You have a degree as an educator, a work educator, or a cure nurse. You show educational skill and a high level of empathy and patience. You are characterized by a responsible and committed way of working. You appreciate both independent work and team work.
