Education: Successfully completed economic studies Experience: Multiannual Practice as People Business Partner:in, ideal in a dynamic environment Personal planning: Safe handling of the personnel planning instruments (e.g. personnel costs, reporting, key figures analysis) Strategic Business Alignment: Ability to link HR initiatives directly to corporate goals and to advise managers in organizational development Change Management & Resilience: Experience in accompanying complex transformation processes, moderating resistors and keeping corporate culture stable through changes Stakeholder Management: Impressed communication strength to negotiate at eye level and at the same time act as a trusting:r Coach for executives Work Law & Operational Excellence: Deep knowledge in labour law and modern HR processes to minimize legal risks and ensure operational standards
