Your tasks:

Exciting tasks

• Participation in the further development of IT service management
• Definition and implementation of IT service management processes based on ITIL
• Cooperation with the operational professionals in the ITSM environment for the further development of standardized procedures and services
• Responsibility for targeted communication
• Manage process and service descriptions, as well as guidelines

Your qualifications:

Your profile

• Completed studies of (economic) computer science, business or comparable qualifications
• Knowledge of IT service management
• Comprehensive experience in the application of the BPMN 2.0 standard as well as a corresponding modeling tool (Ideally OCEB certification)
• Know-how in business IT alignment, process or service design
• Funded process understanding in the IT environment
