At our locations in Bochum, Berlin or Munich, we are looking for you as an experienced construction finance consultant. You accompany private customers in the realization of their living spaces – from initial advice to credit decision to payment and support in the stock. With sound advice, independent credit management and comprehensive customer support, you make an important contribution to a sustainable financing culture. In addition, you actively contribute market impulses, share your knowledge in the team and shape a high-quality and value-oriented construction financing at GLS Bank together with your colleagues. In this task, you will: Customer advice and support: Full consultation of private customers on financing issues and analysis of the economic situation in order to develop suitable financing solutions. Credit processing & inventory management: Self-release of customer requests throughout the credit lifecycle, as well as care and maintenance of existing financing in coordination with relevant disciplines. Knowledge transfer & team orientation/team work: Active exchange of expertise and experience in the team, support for new colleagues in the incorporation and co-design of internal formats for the continuous development of consulting quality, processes and products.

This is ideally brought with you: a completed professional training or a comparable qualification, combined with one to two years of professional experience in the relevant field extended knowledge of financing forms, funding, safeguards and legal frameworks (e.g. basic book, loan, residential property credit Directive) safe handling of the analysis of economic conditions and safety assessment and understanding of risk-oriented credit allocation in accordance with GLS Bank's ethical principles the sovereign application of relevant credit management, payment and management systems and the ability to define, check and ensure payment requirements professionally
