You can demonstrate a complete technical study or comparable qualification, ideally in mechanical engineering, with multi-year leadership experience You have well-founded knowledge of design-to-cost, modularization, standardization and digitalization of construction processes A strategic and analytical way of thinking combined with hands-on mentality brings you with, as well as experience in timely project implementation You are a leader who advances change, motivates teams and communicates confidently with customers and partners You have a high self-initiative, flexibility and commitment as well as excellent German and English skills
