From cleaning, catering and security services to medical technology, logistics and central sterilization: Our approximately 3,500 employees are important factors: in clinic, research and teaching. We are all different and therefore a great team! Within our real estate management/closing systems we are looking for 1 employee indefinitely from now on:with an average working week of 39 hours.

Organisation of the closing system administration (customer support, e-mail correspondence, file deposit etc.) Administration and order processing of mechanical and electronic closing media Key output and return Demand determination and material ordering

Qualification: completed commercial vocational training or technical training is condition Knowledge of how EDV and manage/maintain data Safe handling of Microsoft Office programs Experience in handling electronic or mechanical closing systems Service orientation, operational readiness and high quality awareness
