Working in the team: You are actively involved in our partner management team from day one and work closely with IT, product management, customer service, management and national and international partners Responsibility: You are responsible for the continuous maintenance and improvement of IT interfaces with IT (internal and partner) Improve product: You accompany the technical connection of new partners and take care of the preparation of contract negotiations and the coordination of exclusive offers for our car rental comparison Real innovations: You use Generative AI to develop groundbreaking new features for our customers and at the same time optimize your daily work by consistently using AI-based tools (e.g. Figma, Lovable, ChatGPT) Managing Agile Projects: You take over project management from prioritization, conception, management of IT teams, to the implementation and testing of new features and support software development teams in Agilen product development Measure and ensure quality: You create meaningful analyses & reports such as booking forecasts and margin calculations

Education: Over-average degree, ideally with economic/technical-mathematic background (BWL, Global Business Management, Media and Communication Science, Business Informatics, Engineering, Mathematics, etc.) Smart solution finding: Quick conception to penetrate complex relationships and hand-on mentality to quickly find and implement pragmatic solutions Analytical and strategic thinking: Analytical and structured as well as independent working to continuously improve our processes based on data and facts and to generate recommendations for action Digital Mindset: High IT and Internet affinity, great interest in e-commerce and digital trends.
