The Construction and Building Management team is responsible for the safe, economic and sustainable operation and the overall management of all the institutions' buildings and technical facilities. This includes the planning, control and monitoring of all operating, maintenance and maintenance processes, as well as the continuous optimization of the technical and energetic building performance. Technical Building Management – Focus on Supply Technology (HKLS)

Project management & modernization: You conduct and control demanding projects, expansion and replacement investments at our complex construction and building facilities. Maintenance management: You plan, coordinate and monitor all maintenance and maintenance measures in the field of supply technology (heating, ventilation, climate, sanitation). Service provider and contract management: From the tendering to the negotiation to the award of construction and FM services, you have the threads in your hand. You control external specialist planning offices, experts and executives and ensure quality and economics. Focus on sustainability: You actively participate in energy monitoring and energy management to continuously improve the CO2 balance and sustainability of our institute. Plant know-how: Through regular visits and functional checks, you ensure ongoing operation, troubleshooting and keep our plant and building data up to date. Research interface: You work closely and in partnership with our scientific departments and safety officers to guarantee an optimal research infrastructure.

Funded training / studies: You have a completed university degree (Diplom, Bachelor, Master) in the fields of supply technology, building technology, TGA, energy and environmental technology or electrical engineering. As an alternative, you have a technical professional training with a successful further education to the state-tested technician or master (m/w/d). Competence: You provide sound knowledge of technical building management and experience in project management. Economic thinking: You work autonomously, aim-oriented and keep a firm eye on budgets and quality standards. Communication strength: In dealing with internal stakeholders from the knowledge and external partners, you will be convinced by a sovereign, diplomatic and professional appearance.
