Controller (iv.) Business Unit Composites (m/f/d)

Business Partner Controlling: You are the first contact person for all business questions in our Composites business unit. Cost and result analysis: Responsibility for cost allocation in line with the project, as well as the creation of results analyses, target-actual comparisons and ad-hoc reports focusing on production costs, committee and personnel use. KPI development & reporting: You design and optimize control-relevant KPIs and thus contribute to the transparency and efficiency of reporting. Investment Controlling & Business Cases: Funded economic analysis and simulation of process and product costs as well as independent creation of complex business cases and decision templates for management. Strategic monitoring: Continuous monitoring of corporate and product levels, identification of potential for improvement and ensuring target achievement.

Complete studies in economics, industrial engineering or comparable qualification with a focus on controlling. Experience in controlling an industrial company, in particular in cost accounting, performance and income accounting. Very good MS Excel knowledge and experience with ERP systems (SAP knowledge of advantage). German and English skills. Embossed analytical thinking combined with the ability to prepare complex facts in a comprehensible and targeted manner. Self-employed, efficient and solution-oriented working with high self-initiative and commitment. Persuasive power, strong communication skills and enforcement capability. Readiness to travel and readiness for project work at and in our locations in Germany and abroad.
