Own responsibility for ensuring and standardizing complex processes in accordance with the requirements of process management and supporting the continuous improvement process (KVP). Responsibility of the OSP/SIA components in the associated processes as well as independent decisions regarding the detachment of SIA components by the standard. Advising the areas of expertise to develop innovative solutions to optimize the strategic corporate goals, in particular in the areas of processes, IT and products. Head of the field-specific projects and subprojects as well as implementation of legal and supervisory requirements. Takeover of data quality management and representation of the Stadtsparkasse Düsseldorf in internal and external bodies.
