♪ This is your new job:

Girls-Pferde-Schule (MPS) is a animal-assisted, (heal) pedagogical, intensively-adult concept for girls and young women from 12 years onwards, which are in gender-specific problems and are partly significantly affected in their personality development and identity finding. In addition to these comprehensive needs, they have also developed considerable difficulties with the traditional school system and/or individual training problems. In MPS, they will find access to their resources and be prepared gradually individually for a (re)integration into the regular school day and the professional world.

For the school accompaniment of girls and young women from our MPS groups, we are looking for a (social) pedagogical specialist who initiates and accompanies the individual educational and development processes of girls in the morning in microgroups of 1-4 girls*.

♪ These are your tasks:

• You are motivating and intensifying to the girls and young women in their school career.
• You are a reliable contact for the girls* and young women*, the MPS groups, the Department (Heil-)Pädagogical Riding, the Julie-Spannagel School, and for other institutions and authorities.
• You initiate and accompany individual educational processes of girls and young women, for which the school visit is a major challenge. The girls are picked up and encouraged where they are currently in school.
• You support "learning", i.e. you awaken the interest of the girls" in school content, you promote their concentration, perseverance and social coexistence in the small group and you are a contact person for school topics and the concerns of the girls".
• You use school content/fans according to the curriculum and state of development, in close cooperation with the Julie-Spannagel School.
• You support the girls* in the development of other school and professional perspectives.
• You promote the girls* individually.
• You accompany school crises and conflicts.
• You will design and accompany experiential educational and professional activities.
• You participate in regular team and service meetings, commissions and professional conferences.
• You work binding, trusting and cooperatively at the interfaces of the Housing Group, (Heil-)Pedagogical Riding and School.

• You are flexible in a dynamic working environment, paired with the ability to self-reflection and constructive feedback
• As an exceptional team player you see where your help is needed and keeps a cool head even in difficult situations
