Assistant Team Marketing / Communication (m/f/d)

In your role as a team assistant in marketing (m/w/d), your desk becomes the hub of exciting marketing projects: you combine organisational skills with creativity and become an indispensable contact for your colleagues. You support the marketing team in all ongoing projects and independently take over smaller projects As a team assistant (m/w/d), you create required presentations and edit internal and external requests regarding the use of logos, photos, murals and icons. The maintenance of templates, tables and the updating of the image database is also your responsibility. Organisational tasks such as ordering business cards, appointment management and managing the marketing warehouse are within your jurisdiction. Last but not least, you support translations from German to English and from English to German.

A commercial vocational training or a (Bachelor) study with reference to marketing Organizational talent, stress resistance and good time management Basic knowledge in handling graphics tools (e.g. Canva or Adobe programs) Affinity for online marketing and interest in current marketing trends Good feel for visual design and brand appearance Communication strength in German and English as well as enforcement Fun for work in the team
