We are looking for a dynamic R&D Engineering Manager (m/w/d) to strengthen our local management team. This role is crucial for the strategic R&D orientation. Within this point, you will lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers and drive innovation, speed and efficiency in our development processes.

Responsibility of all development areas at the site (Software & Hardware, Pumps, Valves) Monitoring of projects for the development of servo valves and pumps including budget responsibility Cooperation with cross-functional teams and communication with stakeholders Impetus for decisions on software and hardware architecture Promoting innovation and managing R&D initiatives Creating strategies to identify and mitigate potential risks

completed engineering studies long-standing leadership experience in the development environment, ideally in the software and hardware sector strong know-how in change management and implementation of strategic initiatives communication-strong and assertive personality very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
