Management and development of a team of up to 10 employees (m/w/d) Planning and implementation of team meetings and employee discussions Service Planning/Urlaubsplanung (SPX) Creative design and structuring of the group everyday Individually responsible education, care and individual promotion of children Leading educational documentation in the form of portfolios Planning and implementation of development talks as part of parental work Implementation and participation in the further development of the pedagogical concept Educational responsibility for two U3 groups (age 0-3 years) Close cooperation with the management level of the daycare centre
