Own-responsible control and processing of damages You accompany damages in the real estate sector from the damage report to the conclusion of the regulation, coordinate all parties and ensure efficient and customer-oriented processing. Technical advice and support of customers in case of damage As a central contact person You develop suitable solutions and accompany our customers through the entire damage process. In close cooperation with the customer manager, you support the support of complex customer connections, provide harm-relevant information and evaluations and bring your expertise to customer appointments as well as damage reviews. Correspondence, documentation and optimization of damage processes You conduct written and telephone communication with insurers, experts and other stakeholders, maintain the relevant data in the inventory management system and actively contribute to the further development of our damage processes.
