Projektmanagement (m/w/d) Focus on operational support & project work (approx. 10 hours/week) Operational support in logistics, e.g. in the collection and documentation of goods movements Support in the lending and empties management, e.g. in inventory management, traceability and documentation of multi-use packaging and loan goods Processing and storage of request confirmations and other export-relevant documents Commercial work for logistics and supply chain projects (e.g. data collection, maintenance of overviews, pre- and post-processing of project meetings) Maintenance and updating of master and logistics data in the relevant IT systems Support in creating simple evaluations and reports for supply chain management Coordination with colleagues from sales, forwarding and other interfaces within the framework of operational tasks and projects

Continuous study, ideally with economic or logistical focus Impressed reliability and sense of responsibility in handling documents, data and confidential information Careful, structured and conscientious working Safe handling of MS Office; first experiences with goods management or ERP systems are advantageous Team-oriented personality with good communication skills High willingness to learn and joy in supporting both the operational day-to-day business and projects in logistics
