The shared production unit (Carl Zeiss Jena GmbH) is the joint production unit of ZEISS. As Senior Controller (m/w/x) you act as a business partner and service provider of executives and colleagues in all operational and strategic controlling topics. They carry out planning, control and control tasks independently according to financial and business objectives

Higher education in business management/economy engineering or comparable training

multiannual professional experience in controlling a producing company and proven project management experience

extensive experience in handling common controlling and ERP systems, preferably SAP, MS Excel, Microsoft Office and Power BI

great understanding of the needs of the customers as well as self-sufficient work, characterized by very good detail accuracy, clearly structured thinking and enforcement ability

strong team and communication skills as well as professional appearance towards interfaces, customers and management

very good German (min. C1) and good English (min. B2)
