Non-Food Buyer - Product Range Development & Scheduling (m/f/d)

assortment & supplier development: You continue to shape the strategic development of our non-food varieties (in particular household items, hard goods, seasonal items), coordinates and evaluates suppliers, motivates clear and efficient structures and builds resilient and long-term partnerships. This also includes product group management and assortment strategy. Operational Purchasing & Disposition: You carry out demand analyses and sales forecasts, compare offers and price negotiations and process orders. In addition, you plan quantities for seasonal and standard items, set delivery dates and manage the MRP of your product group. Trade fairs & international procurement (Sourcing): You acquire suppliers at national and international trade fairs, provide contacts and accompany business trips to the range expansion and demand coverage. Success control & POS tuning: You are analysing sales, raw yield, surface productivity and delivery rates, optimizing measures and coordinates POS measures with visual merchandising and sales. Altwaren- & Rest Mengemanagement: You initiate measures to clean old goods, coordinate residual quantities and ensure efficient storage and space use. Contract, reporting & project work: You negotiate framework agreements, prepare shopping reports and KPIs and support the management of the area in projects and in the digitization of processes.

You have a commercial training or a study (e.g. BWL, trade management, etc.) or a comparable practical qualification. You bring multi-year experience in retail/discount purchase; Experience in the hard goods/budget segment is a clear advantage. You know operating purchasing processes and take over quantity and delivery planning (season & standard) as well as managing orders and delivery dates.

You negotiate securely, conduct contract negotiations and framework contract negotiations and plead supplier relationships.

You work routined with merchandise/ERP systems, start meaningful Excel evaluations and use reportings to control them. You analyze sales and performance indicators (e.g. sales, raw yield, surface productivity) and derive practical measures. You are ready to travel as part of trade fair visits, supplier appointments and store tours (national & international). You work structured and solution-oriented, communicate safely with internal interfaces and work in the team.
