The machine operator is responsible for the proper production of rubber mixtures, the fulfilment of the production plan and compliance with the regulations. This includes: On and off and mixing production at the internal mixers operating the PC-assisted systems (e.g. production and storage systems) adjusting and monitoring process, mixing and machine parameters Performing and documenting measurements Responsibility for quality, including possibly necessary blocking of defective products Early detection of disturbances and automatic initiation of countermeasures carrying out transport work by means of industrial trucks weighing of chemicals by hand or Operating the automatic scale Exchange of information between team members and master Keeping all job-specific regulations performing set-up and cleaning work

Completed, technical vocational training or professional experience in the production sector desirable Physical loadability, independent working and team capability ready for shift work (up to 21 shifts) High security, quality and responsibility industrial truck driver license desirable Good knowledge of German language in word and writing The applications of disabled people are welcome.
