Maintenance activities in sanitary, heating and climate Refurbishment and renovation work in apartments Small repairs in the sanitary area Customer-oriented services (e.g. hanging mirrors) Identification of required materials and tools Documentation and quality control of the work of foreign companies

Closed artisanal training in the works Sanitary, Heating, Climate Ideally first experience in the maintenance of residential properties driving licence class B Joy of independent work, high work readiness and loadability Own initiative and team capacity
