Management and support of Fire Suppression staff in the North region, including the economic disposition based on capacity planning Ensuring the fulfilment of the contract, keeping the deadline and billing of project orders as well as active implementation of project and follow-up management Implementation of monthly order meetings and production of forecasts for business development (conversion and earnings) Strategic project management to support project managers and assembly masters as well as continuous control and improvement of margins in projects clarification of customer complaints and support in the legal clarification of contracts and legal incidents Participation in budgeting and project controlling as well as in negotiations with after-contractors Responsibility for the qualification and training of employees as well as for compliance with internal and legal guidelines (EHS, Ethics, Compliance) and implementation of occupational safety instructions

Higher education or master or subject-specific state-tested technician training with specialist training Long-term experience in at least two of the operating activities within the solution business and plant construction in the area of Fire Suppression (water & foam quenching plants, gas quenching plants, kitchen quenching plants (Ansul), extinguishing tax and fire alarm centers) Excellent market and customer knowledge Knowledge of business management Founded computer skills (in e.g. Autocad, Winsprink, CATS, FPA 4, ES-Office, Salesforce, MS Office) Very good knowledge of the relevant provisions (VDE, DIN, VOB, VOL, VDS, EN) Own-responsible operation, communication and negotiation strength, strategic and entrepreneurial thinking, target orientation and enforcement capability are required Good English knowledge of word and writing
