RESPONSIBILITY

-Support, advice and support in the everyday management of our people with and despite their illness in the areas of health care, quality of life and living, social contacts, communication, leisure and work

-Individual strengthening of self-employment with the aim of achieving a maximum of personal development, participation and independence of foreign aid

• Write and implement individual aid plans (according to BTHG and ICF)

-Psychosocial support in conflict, crisis and change situations

• Cooperation with relatives, legal supervisors and cooperation partners

-Administrative tasks

PREPARATIONS

• Completed studies or completed vocational training in a pedagogical profession (social pedagogy, social work, educators, etc.)

• Curiosity, openness and interest in dealing with mentally ill/disabled people

-experiences are desirable

• flexible work, during the day and in a few weekends a year

• Structured, independent and responsible thinking and action, creativity, ideas and impulses

-To learn your will and to continuously balance theory and practice

• Class B Guide

-Good PC knowledge
