Accountant - Economist strong real estate company - 4-day week (m/f/d)

Our client is a financially strong real estate company, which manages several individual companies (500 employees in total, 40 in the company sought), is privately owned and places great value on professional financial processes. For the finance sector, an experienced accounting officer*in (HGB) is being sought, who takes over the financial management of the individual companies independently the completion of the financial statements, reporting and reporting. The role offers a high degree of design playroom and collaborative work in the team. The company offers the optional 4-day week. O-Ton of the customer: ''Here you can become old if you want.''

Responsibility for the monthly, quarterly and annual accounts according to HGB for several, assigned individual companies Participation in the consolidated financial statements and delivery of pre-determined packages (created by team management and tax advisor) Responsible for main accounting, accounting and asset accounting Creation of reporting and responsibility of the controlling for the supervised companies Responsible for the short- and medium-term liquidity planning and the outcome planning of the individual companies Responsibility for sales tax registration Examination and organisation of invoice processes including digital deposit and payment transactions for the individual companies Close cooperation with auditors, tax advisors and internal departments

Completioned commercial training + further training to/from account holder*in (IHK) or comparable higher-quality qualifications Multiannual experience in accounting, ideally real estate or participation environment Very safe knowledge in the HGB and in final processes (IFRS not required) IT affinity and safe handling of accounting systems and digital tools (ideal would be: iX house, docuware and/or Lucanet) Structured, independent working and high responsibilities
