Your new sphere of action

The CJD is one of the largest educational and social enterprises in Germany. Its approximately 11,000 employees support and support children, young people and adults at more than 350 locations in Kitas, schools, vocational education and training plants, in clinics, rehabilitation facilities, housing groups and workshops.

Our small, specialized institution combines youth assistance with a prison in free form. Here we serve young men from 14 years of age who have become criminal in a clearly structured and resource-oriented environment.

The close interaction between the group, the work area and the associated home school provides a holistic support for young people – with the aim of developing new perspectives and taking responsibility for their own way of life.

Your New Task

• Responsibility for the implementation of the pedagogical concept and all relevant legal requirements in the stationary setting
• Strategic and conceptual development of the offer and its structures
• Valuable management and management of the management team and personnel responsibility
• Responsibility for the budget, occupancy management and economic management
• Networking and coordination of the device-internal areas to ensure smooth running
• Care and development of contacts with public authorities, cooperation partners and public representation
• Takeover of the readiness to call within management responsibility

Your profile

• Complete study of social education, social work, pedagogy or a comparable course of study
• Multiannual experience in the management or deputy management of an institution of youth assistance
• Representative leadership, decision-making and organisational skills
• Communication strength and safe occurrence in dealing with authorities, cooperation partners and employees
• Structured, solution-oriented and economically thinking mode of operation
• High social competence, team skills and an appreciation of employees and clients:
• rest, balance, patience and enforcement – even in challenging situations
• Remarkable is the membership of a Christian church belonging to the working community of Christian Churches (ACK) in Germany
