Training Consultant - Technical Training (m/f/d)

You plan and develop trainings around the products of Ritter Energie - creative, practical and targeted. You carry out trainings online as well as on site and make sure that our participants are with enthusiasm. You are in regular exchange with product management to keep up-to-date and prepare technical topics in a comprehensible way. You continuously update and optimise training documents and presentations. You actively contribute to the team and support - depending on your strengths and qualifications - for example in the field of P&A or in other exciting topics. In short, you are a knowledge broker, technical expert and contact person at the same time - and actively shape how our products and solutions are understood and experienced.

You are passionate about technology, explaining complex topics in a comprehensible way and working with people? Then you're perfect for us. You have a completed technical training in the field of SHK or electrical engineering - ideally with further training as a master or technician in SHK, electrical engineering or utility technology. You will bring well-founded knowledge in the fields of gas-fuel technology, solar thermal engineering, electronic regulations, heat pumps, photovoltaics and wood pellet systems. You have several years of professional experience and can safely apply your knowledge in practice. You have a quick understanding and are happy to work on new topics. You score with commitment, team spirit and self-responsibility. You have joy in sharing with people and convince by your strong communication ability at eye level.
