Your tasks:

• Self-fulfilment of monthly wage and salary bills

• Maintenance of personal master data and movement data

• Creation of certificates and notifications to social security institutions and authorities

• Contact person*in for employees and executives with tax and social insurance issues

• supervision of audits by financial authorities and social security contributions

Your qualification:

• Completed commercial training with training to/from the payroll holder*in or comparable qualification

• Multiannual experience in payroll accounting

• Foundation knowledge of pay tax and social security law

• Secure handling of billing programs (e.g. DATEV, SAP HCM)

• discretion, accuracy and sense of responsibility

• Communication strength and team spirit
