Description

• As a customer service engineer, you are an important part of our service team and carry out commissioning, maintenance and repair work on Bosch Thermotechnik products on a detailed theoretical and practical basis.
• In addition, your tasks include the use of heat pumps, split-air devices, gas/oil heating systems as well as control devices in existing multi-brand customer service systems (Buderus and Bosch Junkers).
• They act as a competent contact person for our customers and convince with their analytical and technical capabilities in the measurement, testing and self-regulation of thermotechnical products or in the handling of complaints.
• Last but not least, start your bets from your residence. For this you will receive a fully equipped service vehicle, whose tool and spare parts inventory you are responsible as well as modern IT equipment.

Qualifications

• Training: industrial training, preferably in mechatronics, refrigeration, electrical engineering, heating construction or art related
• Experiences and know-how: in customer service including expertise in heating technology, control technology as well as regenerative energies and plant hydraulics desirable as well as good PC skills
• Personality and working methods: your customer-oriented and communication-strong action and the team's cooperation will give you great pleasure
