You are responsible for all tasks in the fields of finance, accounting, reporting, controlling and risk management, as well as the overall economic representation of the bank. The goal- and result-oriented leadership and further development of the business management area is your responsibility as well as the management of the risk controlling function according to MaRisk. As a manager, you will promote and develop the employees assigned to you and create the framework conditions for successful cooperation. In all key issues of overall banking and risk management, you are on the side of the Executive Board with advice and support. The main risks of the bank will lead you, measure and control them and equalise them with the risk-bearing capacity. From your analyses, you develop sound control impulses and concrete recommendations for action and thus create a reliable basis for the management decisions. In addition, you are responsible for the cost and income management as well as the central liquidity management of the bank and coordinate the annual overall banking planning. Compliance with regulatory requirements and regulatory requirements is guaranteed as well as the proper preparation of the annual accounts and will continue to develop the overall banking and risk management. Strategic projects initiate and support you actively and drive the continuous optimization of processes and quality standards. Regulatory, economic and banking developments always keep your eye on and derive relevant recommendations for action for the Executive Board.

You have completed bank training with further bank or business qualification or a completed economic studies, ideally with a focus on financial management. Finding professional experience in the corporate or general banking management and in the risk controlling of a credit institution is a must. Experience from an activity in an audit firm is a valuable addition. In the fields of accounting, accounting and financial statements, you have several years of practical experience. With the regulatory requirements for credit institutions, you are very familiar and have in particular very good knowledge of MaRisk and the requirements for risk management. A strong entrepreneurial-strategic way of thinking distinguishes you as well as a safe business and risk-based judgment.
