For our location in Meckenheim near Bonn we are now looking for a motivated and enthusiastic:

Self-initiating manufacturing processes in production and their continuous optimization in cooperation with other departments Representation of Masters in Production Monitoring and ensuring quality and documentation requirements and performing fault analyses Participation in the introduction of new procedures and technologies and investment decisions Continuous training of machine operators Ensuring compliance with work, environmental and safety regulations

Successfully completed technical training, ideally as a process engineer for rubber technology or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in the production environment Safe handling of MS Office programs as well as SAP or a comparable ERP system Embossed team and communication skills Ready to use and a high degree of self-initiative Excellent quality and cost awareness High level of responsibility Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing readiness to travel to our subsidiaries and, where appropriate, Customer appointments
