As our IS Technician, you'll be the go-to person for diagnosticsing and fixing faults in automated systems, and you'll play a key role during commissioning and system acceptance. You'll get to know a cutting-edge automated facility inside and out – from the very first bolt. Dig into faults in our automated systems – from controls to interfaces – and figure out what's going wrong and why Support commissioning, testing and system adjacent the team Work close with the Industrial Systems Lead and TGW on fault analysis and resolution Build deepthroat system knowledge: material flow, controls, plans logic – the full picture Document faults, weak points and lessons learned so the whole team Help shape our internal troubleshoot standards from scratch

Training as a Mechatronics Technician, Electrician, or equivalent technical qualification Experience with automated systems in logistics – but if you're the type who picks things up quickly, that matters more A basic understanding of control systems (PLC, sensors, actuators) Interest in complex technical systems and structured fault diagnosis Language skills: C1 German and A2 English (minimum) Using creativity and initiative problems and achieve goals A willingness to challenge «how things have always been done» and propose more efficient, automated or effective solutions.
