The area of responsibility includes:

• Decision on granting and extending residence permits
• Examination of visa applications subject to approval
• Decision on residence allowances for asylum applicants and on dunning after the conclusion of the asylum procedure
• Other measures in particular for the procurement of passports, document verification and identification
• Cooperation with federal and state authorities, police, judicial authorities, etc.
• Data input and maintenance in the foreigner program and in the foreigner central register
• Other administrative work

• A completed training as an administrative specialist, in the middle non-technical administrative service as an administrative manager, the administrative examination I or a comparable qualification as a lawyer/judicial/social insurance or Tax payable by:
