In your role as Senior Corporate Customer Caregiver m/w/d, you will acquire and advise medium-sized companies with a need for credit and cross-selling products in East Germany with a focus on Metropolregion Berlin, and also provide support to assigned Volks- und Raiffeisenbanken. In cooperation with the product department and the corporate subsidiaries in the customer portfolio, you control the implementation of care and sales activities. In addition, you will conduct meetings with our customers in the team with the respective product specialists, depending on their needs, and promote cross-selling approaches. We continue to rely on your know-how when it comes to developing customer-specific product solutions to new trends. Last but not least, you will accompany and support our corporate customer supporters in challenging customer discussions and take over the technical support of the involved co-supporters.

Successful studies: Economics, Business Administration, Economics, Law, Economic Engineering – as an alternative to an apprenticeship as a banking businessman (m/w/d) with further qualification or a dual study Long-term professional practice in corporate customer care and, if necessary, in cooperation with Volks- und Raiffeisenbanken and proven track record in customer acquisition knowledge of the medium-sized company customer business and its control as well as in measured variables of customer profitability Best familiar with the product range in the corporate customer business of a bank, the competitive environment and possibly the cooperative group Experienced in credit, balance sheet analysis and balance sheet management
