Self-support and implementation of procurement procedures for construction services and other delivery and services according to VOB/A, UVgO and VgV – both above and below EU thresholds Advising and supporting departments in all procurement matters Examination of tender documents before publication for conformity with the contract law, completeness and consistency Technical examination of the tender documents, in particular the performance descriptions and the performance directories. Self-employed handling of complaints and monitoring of audit procedures before the award chamber Examination and evaluation of tenders up to the award decision, including communication with tenderers/applicants Participation in the optimization of the procurement processes and support of the e-supply platform Representation of team management

Successfully completed studies (Diplom (FH) / Bachelor with many years of professional experience or Diploma (Univ.) / Master in the field of Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction and/or Infrastructure management or a comparable discipline Multiannual relevant professional experience in the supervision and implementation of procurement procedures for construction services and/or many years of professional experience in the calculation and implementation of construction measures Comprehensive knowledge in the field of VOB, UVgO, VgV and in the application of the handbooks in road and bridge construction That would be desirable: Experience with the AI award manager and digital award workflows Ideally experience in handling iTWO or comparable AVA tools Flexibility to take over new tasks Comprehensibility, negotiation skills, differentiated expressiveness and security in word and writing
