Technician Wafer Test (m/f/d)

Maintenance of the associated production plants (Wafertest and Inline Inspection: Prober UF2000 and EG4090, Tester Parset and Keithley, Sorter, Packaging Plants, AOI, Microscopes) Construction of repairs up to service level 3 (Advanced plant knowledge) Preventive maintenance Coordination and acceptance of cross-border services (including in cooperation with external companies) Compliance with all relevant regulations (e.g. DGUV, etc.) Improvement of plant technology / performance and processes Tracking down key areas & execution of process optimizations Determination of critical spare parts & Ensuring spare parts supply Training of operational production staff with regard to standardised service work Creating error and service documentation Vote work priorities with Section Manager Process-internal projects and contact persons for plant installations and relocations in cooperation with other departments such as support groups (TS)

State-tested technicians in the field of electrical engineering (forced ability to “electrical power”) Relevant professional experience in the technical environment (maintenance/production) Analytical thinking and team skills Ideally experience in the field of semiconductor production or wafer handling Independent and quality-conscious operation Planning and organizational talent and communication skills Willingness to shift work Knowledge of MS Office, SAP, CamStar Flowing German and good English skills
