Acquisition, care and advice from national and international manufacturers in the fields of Beauty & Lifestyle Building and maintenance of sustainable B2B relationships and the acquisition of new high-quality partners and brands Identification, negotiation and conclusion of cooperations, product placements and bearder deals with manufacturers and brands Negotiation and implementation of Barter deals, product cooperation and sponsorship partnerships with manufacturers and brands Consulting your customers to tailor-made marketing campaigns and cooperation opportunities Presentation and representation of our company and our services in the B2B environment Close cooperation with internal teams to plan and implement marketing measures Participation in trade fairs, events and industry events and the establishment of a relevant industry network

A successfully completed commercial or technical training / business studies or a relevant professional experience Experience in B2B sales, account management – ideally in the beauty or lifestyle sector First experience in handling CRM systems, ideally Salesforce Existing network and contacts in the beauty and beauty industry Knowledge in the field of beauty boxes / subscription marketing desirable Communication strength, negotiation skills and a good sense for brands Independent, structured and targeted mode of operation Enthusiasm for trends in Beauty & Lifestyle
