Senior Project Manager Modernization (m/f/d)

Project management & contractor representation Technical and commercial management of modernization, repair and refurbishment projects in the residential and commercial sectors Perception of client tasks including management of project teams and external project participants Responsibility for project goals in quality, costs and appointments Planning, procurement & cost-effectiveness Preparation and control of planning and tendering processes in public procurement law Optimization of technical and economic planning services Participation in financing documents, funding applications and modernisation accounting Construction & quality assurance Control of construction measures with a focus on energy recovery, modernization and rebuilding, new construction as needed Monitoring the progress of construction, performance control and implementation of decreases Ensuring compliance with contractual, technical and legal requirements Reporting & Committee Communication Preparation of decision bases, status reports and presentations Documentation of project progress and follow-up of measures

Skills & Skills Complete degree in civil engineering or architecture (Diplom, Bachelor or Master) Multiannual, well-founded professional experience in project development, modernization and refurbishment of residential and commercial properties Very good knowledge of relevant standards, regulations and guidelines in housing and HOAI, VOB and public procurement law Experience in controlling construction projects, cost control, appointment management and quality management Safe handling of MS Office and ideally experience with project management and real estate ERP systems Personal competencies sovereign, binding personality with safe occurrence in cooperation with internal and external project participants Embossed self-organization, independent and structured work Target and result-oriented, entrepreneurial thinking with high decision-making and implementation competence High communication strength, team capacity and enforcement capability
