(Junior) Legal Counsel Gesellschaftsrecht (m/f/d)

We are now looking for reinforcement for our team Corporate Law in the Group Legal Division of METRO AG. Be part of a dynamic and experienced team that is motivated by the success of METRO. From Day One, you will get insights into various areas of responsibility and support in particular in matters of corporate law. Your tasks: You are part of the legal and organizational support of all facets in the field of German company and capital market law in an international group. You work closely with all colleagues (all genders) of the legal area, the other corporate headquarters, in particular with tax and accounting, as well as the respective subsidiaries. You support the preparation and implementation of legal changes in Group companies, the management of subsidiaries and the preparation and implementation of the METRO AG Annual General Meeting. You are responsible for corporate governance, in particular the supervision of corporate policies and the monitoring of legal projects.

Your profile: You have far above-average results in your two state-examina in law. You can already demonstrate practical experience in company law through your refugee or first professional experience. Their knowledge of German and English is at a flowing level. Team skills, self-responsibility and a strong interest in our business area are yours. Their communicative skills and diplomatic skill, but also enforcement ability, allow you effective cooperation.
