In this role you are responsible for the central Compensation & Benefits processes at Vorwerk Germany - always with a view to quality, reliability and optimization.

Remuneration & bonus processes Responsibility for the HAY evaluation process in cooperation with external partners Control of the annual target agreement and achievement process for out-of-tariff employees Preparation of all relevant SuccessFactors data for salary and bonus rounds Calculation of monthly & annual performance premiums for store employees settlement of special allowances for collective employees Creation of provisions (Boni, LTI, ATZ, exemptions, settlements) Calculation of statutory pension adjustments Data, analyses & HR systems Provision of important RTD data for Management Board & Controlling Examination of payouts related to time value accounts Preparation of relevant documents for the monitoring of auditors Participation in cross-departmental projects on key topics & further development of organisation management Data processing for age part time (predictions & opinion) as well as for interface management to service providers and works council Data provision on internal & legal requirements as well as care of the salary calculator
