Manager ProfiService Group (m/f/d)

Service Design: As Manager ProfiService Group (gn), you are responsible for the strategic development of the HORNBACH ProfiService. You analyze KPIs and drive forward-looking projects - pragmatically and efficiently, as an impulse generator and project manager in one. Business Development: You are the first to create load-bearing key figures for our regions and is responsible for the testing and further development of group-wide processes, systems and interfaces - in order to sharpen processes and develop new fields of sales and earnings. Knowledge and Project Management: As an interface for our ProfiService managers, you promote cross-border exchange and drive projects with regions and departments from the idea to the rollout - so that best practices do not disappear into drawers, but are lived throughout the group. Advice & Coaching: Last but not least, you give valuable input for assortment development and strengthen operational implementation in the regions through practical coaching.

Qualification: More important than your completed (company) economic studies or comparable training are your passion for service and your concentrated know-how in the commercial customer segment. Project experience: Work plans and milestones are not buzzwords for you, but part of your craft. You have extensive experience in project management and have ideally coordinated and measurable successes for international thematic leaders. Soft-Skills: You think strategic, negotiate target-oriented and bring strong analytical skills. Your communication strength allows you to work together successfully with contact persons from different areas and hierarchy levels.
