Developing methods: In exchange with our customers, institutions such as the PMO Global Alliance and our management, you develop our method frameworks (e.g. Lean PPM). You analyze current discourse strands and integrierst insights into our methodological offer Make technical content live: You take our method frameworks and translate them into inspiring formats based on a structured content plan that gives customers and interested parties real added value Produce for different channels: You do not think in static texts, but in assets. From a core theme, you will create thoughtleadership content, tutorials, blog posts, slides or forum posts for various media Actively scatter content: you streamline our content where our target group is on the move: from LinkedIn and Reddit to specialist communities to industry events and podcasts. You support our management in representing our company with valuable content Improve performance: You analyze which formats and channels create the best response and continuously adjust the editorial plan and our distribution strategy to inspire many people for master plan Interacting with the Master Plan Community: You enter our organic channels not only with posts, but are actively engaged in exchange. You moderate discussions and position Master Plan as a Thought Leader in the market

You have successfully completed a degree in journalism, marketing, BWL, communication or a comparable qualification You have relevant experience as a journalist or in content marketing, ideally in the SaaS or Tech environment. You understand that B2B content must be professionally informed to be taken seriously You have fun in shaping things yourself. You can produce simple graphics yourself (e.g. with Canva) and have a sense of storytelling that works on social media. It is easy for you to explain complex facts in a comprehensible way and to meet the right sound on different platforms You address challenges by yourself, determined and creative You communicate clearly and proactively in German and English and move safely in an international environment
