As a project-driven dairy expert, you play a central role in the strategic planning and implementation of large-scale projects within the group of companies. You examine and develop production concepts for expanding and optimizing the operating network, and perform the management of these (M&A) projects or a central coaching function. For the central management, you will develop policy templates on all topics from the responsibility of the Central Function Production Engineering. In the case of process technology and economic questions from the works and central functions, you can consult with your high expertise. In addition, you support the operational management of works, e.g. performance or quality problems, and, if necessary, will also act as a factory manager.

You can present a completed study of food technology, microbiology or comparable, and ideally have a training as a dairy specialist or the like. In your at least ten years of professional activity in the dairy industry, you have gained extensive experience in managing projects in Germany and abroad. You have deep expertise in process engineering, production processes, filling and packaging technologies. Embossed analytical and conceptual skills are both an entrepreneurial way of thinking and a sovereign, communication-strong appearance at all levels. You bring the willingness to high travel activity (national and international) and speak very well German and English.
