Your tasks:

• General housekeeping and building operations, including the execution of small maintenance, assembly and repair work, as well as assistance in relocations of different user groups of the university
• Care and preparation of seminar rooms and lecture halls
• Support for the organisation and implementation of events (e.g. rebuilding and dismantling, organisational support)
• Outdoor and plant care
• Technical service and fault management
• Safety and safety
• Support for external service providers and disposal
• Key and Lock Service/ Disruption Service Locks
• Car park management

Your profile:

• Complete craft training or training in facility management
• Multiannual practical experience in technical or infrastructural building management desirable
• Organizational ability, reliability and an independent, team-oriented way of working
• Service- and service-oriented appearance towards university members and external service providers
• Basic knowledge of building technology, fault processing and occupational safety desirable
• Class B licence required
