Working Student Management Support & Organizational Development (m/f/d)

Do you want to experience the management of a business unit close to the skin and actively contribute to the development of teams, projects and organizational structures? In this student work, you work closely with the lecturer of the Business Unit and support in versatile organizational, coordination and strategic tasks. You will get exciting insights into management, leadership and development issues, and take responsibility for your own topics in the preparation of decision bases for management. You are communicative, organized, analytic and keep an overview of different stakeholders? Then you can bring your strengths to us and gain valuable experience in the areas of leadership, cooperation, organisational development, innovation and artificial intelligence. Support in the preparation, implementation and follow-up of workshops, strategy meetings, team events and executive meetings Creation of presentations, briefings, analyses, decision templates, management documents, protocols and management tools Processing, structuring and visualization of complex content for strategic and operational issues Organisation and preparation of meetings, events and other management formats including coordination of relevant interfaces Support for organisational development and change processes as well as the further development of projects, processes, methods and cross-departmental cooperation Cooperation in internal knowledge management, communication measures and coordination with internal and external stakeholders Conducting research on current topics in the fields of leadership, cooperation, organisation and business development

Studies in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Economics, Business Psychology, Communications, Social Sciences or a comparable degree course with economic or organizational reference Interest in organisational, coordination and conceptual tasks in the management environment Enthusiasm for leadership, cooperation, organisational development and modern working methods Safe handling of MS Office products, especially PowerPoint and Excel, as well as experience in the structured processing of information and the creation of professional presentations Structured, careful and self-responsive operation, high self-initiative, reliability and strong communication strength Discrete and professional handling of confidential information Very good knowledge of German in word and writing (at least level C1)
